Next Amalgamation meeting reminder

To all,
just a reminder of the next Amalgamation being held at the Royal Hotel
in Cookstown this Thursday night, 16 May at 8pm.
Updates and a presentation will be provided on the site visits that
have taken place to Estonia and Belarus so it would be good if as many
clubs as possible were in attendance.
If your club has anything for the agenda please let me know by
Tuesday, this includes any club events you wish to advertise.
If no one from your club is able to attend please remember to submit an
apology.
Finally there are a few clubs who haven't completed this years clubs
return. I will be sending them a final reminder that they must be
submitted before Thursdays meeting.
