Summer Apartment July 1 $600/mo

Hi AOMs,

I'm moving out of my current apartment at the end of our service year. Do you or anyone you know need a place to live, starting in July 1? I'm subletting my room for July 1 - Sept 1. There is the option of signing the 1 year lease starting Sept 1.

124 Berkshire St in East Cambridge, rent is $600 per month. In the winter plus utilities, it doesn't get over $650/mo usually. 4 person apartment, 5 bedrooms. One bedroom serves as a living room. Kitchen with dining area, laundry in basement.

I currently live with 2 other MIT affiliated people, ages 21-25. One of them is out of the country until Sept. My roommates are quiet, clean, and fairly open minded people.
