[AOLSERVER] nsv_get lock problem

Hello!

nsv_get return empty string when internal lock is active. So in multithreaded
application is needed to resolve this situation. But how to do this?

I'm using AOL Server 4.5.1 with Tcl 8.5.6.

P.S. I did think that nsv_get must wait for unlock...
