Art of Living Foundation. Navchetana is for 18+ year old and
Balchetana is for children.
If you are selected as Teacher then you will get Guruji's manual and
you can take courses.
Further, for some location - It is very possible that after becoming
teacher you may get the opportunity to do course within 2 weeks!
