Hello all,

I have been trying to change to Netscape on my aol at work. the
instructions from aol:

1. Control panel>internet, or internet options. That does not work.
There are no such icons in my control panel.
2. Hit *my aol* icon at top of screen>hit www icon. That doesn't work
either. The icon doesnt respond to a click, tho the others around it
do.

I'm assuming that everyone on this list has had experience with
aol and wondering if anyone can help me with this problem. I called
the aol techies and they couldn't help. For once I got a guy who seemed
to actually try to help, but couldnt.
He thought I might get downloading help from netscape. Haven't had time
yet, but plan to try that very soon.

Even if he was trying, imo he was grasping at straws and I think someone

on this list might be able (and I hope willing) to give me better
advise. Thanks, ipsum
