packaging business at our Neenah, WI Technical Center:

Project Engineer
Develop, lead, facilitate and implement capital projects on equipment installations and production
line upgrades. Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and make recommendations to our business.
Assist on cost reduction projects and in achieving our goals related to budget, income, and
simplification efforts.
Qualified candidates must possess a BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
with 3-5 years project management experience with an engineering background. Expertise in the
flexible packaging industry and knowledge of project management will be vital. Excellent
presentation, communication and interpersonal skills required. Experience in leading, facilitating,
motivating and developing a team is desirable. Must be PC proficient and willing to travel up to
40%.

Electrical Engineers (2)

management, and be willing to travel up to 40%. Experience in leading, facilitating, motivating and
developing a team is desirable.
