Passionate about writing solid code
Practitioner of TDD or BDD
Strong Desire to automate everything
Able to articulate technical choices and optimize to solutions than describe problems
Able to describe design patterns and usage to solve various functional problems
Able to measure code complexity and optimize code performance
Work well in a team structure
Has faced and learns from challenges, issues, and failures in past roles
