Description::
Overall Purpose: Responsible for being the primary interface to coordinate and lead the work to produce the Business Requirements document (BR) and System Requirements (SR) for very large, complex projects. Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Design, develop, implement, and document end-to-end solutions across IT and Network organizations. 2) Lead planning with third party IVR vendors to create interface/APIs to support integrations with Hosted Integrated contact Services platform. 3) Provide requirements as part of solutions to automate operations, eliminate manual reentry, improve cycle time and meet work center needs and product needs. 4) Develop end-to-end flows to support Sales/Contracting, Ordering, Provisioning, Maintenance, Reporting, external user interfaces, system test, and User Acceptance Test. 5) Troubleshoot network problems with 3rd party vendors and customers. 6) Ability to look into multiple systems and create network reports.
Qualifications::
The following general skills are required.
• Experience working on Red Hat Linux (RHEL v7) platforms. The candidate does not need to be a system administrators but should be comfortable enough to navigate around the platform and execute typical commands at the command prompt
• Document technical design, build process and test cases related to implemented solutions
• Participate and/or lead discussions related to application design by asking questions and providing feedback on technical topics
• Lead/contribute in the application design, development, implementation, testing and support on new contact center projects; ensuring adherence to team standards when implementing applications
• Provide on-call support to users by handling Service Requests and Incidents related to Genesys
In addition to the general skills listed above, the following role specific skills are required.
• 10+ years of experience with Genesys PureEngage Premise platform (Note: experience with only Genesys PureEngage Cloud, PureConnect or PureCloud platforms will not meet our needs)
• Strong knowledge of configuration, implementation and testing of Genesys Framework, Routing (ORS. URS, Designer), Reporting (Historical/icon/InfoMart, Pulse, Advisors), and Digital components (Chat, Mobile Engagement, Social Media, SMS, Email)
• Strong knowledge of configuration, implementation and testing of Intrado 911 system with Genesys platform
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot platform, application and reporting issues; candidate must have experience reviewing various Genesys application logs to help resolve problems
