Sr. SQL DBA's the Manager Adding this role due to work load and projects. Major project they will be working on is 2008R2 to 2012 Migration.
SUMMARY: Responsible for the architecture, development and maintenance of Database solutions by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Designs and executes overall database architecture strategy, standards and practices.
- Works closely with project teams to develop data models that support business processes.
- Works with application development to ensure database changes adhere to best practices and are properly prioritized and scheduled.
- Selects and enters codes to monitor database performance and amount of available memory.
- Modifies database programs to increase processing performance.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 10 plus years experience in data integration/data movement preferred
- Must have experience with SQL Server 2012
- Must have experience with SSIS
- Must have experience with SQL Replication
- Upgrade 2008R2 to 2012 nice to have
- Oracle and DB2/AS400 nice to have
