Manager Process Development (Code: MPD0308)
To lead and coordinate a team of Engineering/Technical resources for a range of activities required
to transfer products from R&D in high volume manufacturing. Activities will include:
* Equipment design and installation
* Equipment selection
* Determining optimum process capabilities
* Integrating discrete processes
* Resolving process related problems to maximize business targets
Candidates should have bachelors degree in engineering, or equivalent experience, considerable
experience in spectacle lens manufacturing, strong project management skills, but more importantly
can provide technical leadership particularly in the fields of monomer casting, anti-reflective
coating technology, cosmetics, optics and cleaning.
