n.. Ensuring that database standards and procedures in compliance with
Auditing are being followed.
o.. Perform Database Change Control requests.
p.. Technical direction to the junior level DBAs.
q.. Capacity planning and Benchmark.
r.. Support the Systems group on System related issues.
s.. Disaster recovery and planning.
t.. Understanding the applications and educating the developers on the new
