PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Migration of mainframe application written in MODEL 204 into a three-tiered,
web-based, application architecture using Microsoft technologies (i.e., IIS
5.0/ASP, Visual Studio 6.0, MS SQL Server 2000 on a MS Windows 2000 Server
platform, using Active Directory Service). Continued maintenance and
modification of two-tier software applications written in Visual Basic 6.0
(including VBA automation of various MS Office applications) and MS SQL
Server 7, currently running on NT 4.0/Terminal Server/Citrix Metaframe
environment.

PROJECT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will act a technical lead, chief database designer and will be responsible
for all aspects of software technology integration, including:

Ø Full life-cycle software development for 3 tier application
architecture;

Ø Front-end web development, web-site architecture, security, and
reporting;

Ø Middle-tier, business component development;

Ø Back-end, database development, including data modeling/architecting
;

Ø Migration, maintenance, and modification of legacy VB/SQL Server,
two-tier application.

System, email server, and database administration as need;

KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATION AREAS:

Senior level database engineer with a minimum of 5 years requirements,
design and implementation exp. Specific exp. in the following:

Visual Basic 6.x, Visual C++ 6.x, Seagate Crystal Reports 8.5, Access 2000,
ActiveX Data Objects (ADO 2.7) and Visual InterDev 6.x, HTML/DHTML,
VBScript, JavaScript, XML, XSL, SQL Server2000, Com+, Database architecture
exp. ASP

Must be US Citizen capable of obtaining Top Secret Security clearance.
