7 years of process engineering or full development lifecycle, with a minimum
of 3 years in IT process design, development, or BPR. Knowledge of SW-CMM,
SE-CMM, CMMi, Six Sigma, ITIL, cobIT. CMM Assessment skills very beneficial
At least 2 years in integration deployment. SEPG experience very desirable.
Facilitation of workgroups or JAD very desirable. 5 years of consulting
experience with extreme customer focus and excellent listening skills.
BS Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS- advanced degree highly preferred.
Six Sigma or metrics familiarity desirable.
Familiarity with process engineering toolsets highly desirable.
Job Description:
The assessment, development, implementation, and consulting support for
process content across
Management, IT & business process groups. Develop processes for all aspects
of the SDLC & Systems Engineering. Provide expertise for the integration of
current processes within the adopted enterprise framework. Complete
processes for the following disciplines: business support, business case &
prioritization, financials, requirements management, code development &
review- architectural, network, database design & development, testing,
release management, support, help desk, capacity planning, desktop and
others.
Role model:
For excellence in process discipline and demonstrate flexibility in delivery
and negotiation to comply with enterprise process methodology.
Team mindset:
Willing to make amicable tradeoffs to get the customer to comply with the
methodology. Content expert:
Currency in process engineering discipline. Able to blend industry best
