QA/Test Analyst-Senior

Candidate will be responsible for taking requirements and use cases and
turning them into test cases using Test Director. There is very little
WinRunner/LoadRunner used in this group. 90% of this persons time will be
spent creating test cases so this person needs to be excited about writing
test scripts. Must have good communication skills for they will be
interfacing with users and developers and submitting defects into the
ClearCase system.

A hands-on tester is required to test a web front-end, Oracle backend
application. Ideal candidates will have between 5 to 12 years of
hands-on testing experience. Ideal candidates: - have competence to
create test scripts from User Requirements, Use Cases, and Screen Shots,
- have competence in executing tests to confirm system requirements are
met, - successfully met tight project schedules, - created strong
working relationships with developers, analysts, and manager, - working
knowledge of Test Director, WinRunner, and Doors. (Hands-on experience
and high competence in creating test scripts from requirements and use
cases and executing tests is high importance.)
