I have been asked to identify Independent Consultant Functional SAP SEM-BPS
candidates who are USA Citizens for this long term USA government independent
contract in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey area, easily commutable from the
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. (Local candidates preferred who can commute to
the location but all locations considered, USA citizens only, no Green Cards, no
visa sponsorship available and no 3rd party referrals or agencies, please). The
sensitive nature of the client's project requires qualified candidates must be a
US Citizen to be considered for this job.

Job Description: SAP Strategic Enterprise Management Business Planning
and Simulation Configuration

The Wholesale Logistics Modernization Program (WLMP) is to build and
implement a robust Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for the Army
Materiel Command (AMC). In order to meet this need, SAP will be
implemented in 5 Major Subordinate Commands (CECOM, AMCOM, OSC, TACOM, SBCOM).

This position requires the individual to become a member of the Functional
Integration Team (FIT) and to work with other members of the team and user
community to accomplish the tasks and activities associated with the team’s
deliverables and timeline.

Duties and Responsibilities (including all essential job functions)
Specific Responsibilities:
· Configure the SEM-BPS module according to project requirements.
· Create required project documentation including, process scenarios,
business process procedures, customizing documents, etc.
· Work with and support other teams in areas such as data, security,
technical development, and training.
· Understand the overall Budget and Finance Team's functional design
and ensure SEM-BPS module is set-up and integrated in a way that
supports that design.
· Identify and escalate issues to team leadership as needed.

Critical Knowledge
· Has some experience in the business/functional area for the
assigned functional team.
· Has previous experience in designing, developing, and implementing
SAP’s Business Information Warehouse
· Has previous experience and is proficient in developing VBA (Visual
Basic for Applications) coding with Excel
· Has been trained in version 3.0 of SEM-BPS (or 3.1a if available)
· Has previous experience in designing, developing, and implementing
SEM-BPS module (optional but preferred)
· Has some experience/knowledge with the Army’s businesses (optional
but preferred).
· Has some experience with SAP version 4.6 (optional but preferred).
· Has working knowledge/experience with ASAP Methodology (optional
but preferred).

setting.
· Able to confirm and expand business requirements in an
interview/meeting setting
· Able to convert captured business requirements to functional
specifications.
· Able to drive functional specifications down to technical
specifications

system testing
· Is a strong team player.
· Has exceptional communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Is comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment.

· Full-time on site in Moorestown, NJ, which is co-located with the
project team.
· Exposure to a large SAP project.

This is a full-time on site project in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey area offering
an initial six month contact with a flexible starting rate in the $640 to $760
per day range, depending on experience, plus expenses. Your asking compensation
