We are hiring IT Recruiters for offshore Hyderabad (4 positions) with 1 to 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/ Staffing.

* Experience working with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C and 1099).
* End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.
* Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills.
* Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech FETCH), Internet sourcing.
* Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates.
* Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.
* Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.
Special Skills:
* Overall 1 to 2 Years of experience.
* Graduation from reputed university.
* Good communication skills.
