Description:
* Experience in software documentation including training manuals, user guides, policy, procedures, and business processes.
* Create and convey material in a concise and effective manner.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office apps: Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, and Visio.
* Handle large amounts of complex data.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, writing, and research skills.
