Responsibilities:
Manage the E*Trade Intranet. Facilitate internal customer communications using the intranet. Provide technical guidance and support to Analysts on the use of tools and databases deployed at E*Trade. Determine the internal customer intranet needs, including functionality, content and training. Establish and implement processes to effectively manage the E*Trade intranet. Determine meaningful Quality metrics for the intranet and establish a Quality Improvement Program based upon these metrics. Facilitate end-user ownership and development of intranet content and applications. Develop intranet applications as needed. Provide intranet consulting services to internal customers and IT. Effectively promote the use of the E*Trade intranet. Provide guidance and assistance to Business Analysts and Knowledge Workers to effectively use the various tools and databases within E*Trade. Develop small databases and applications to meet the needs of internal IS Operat!
ional areas.
Desired Requirements:
Required a 4 year degree. SQL, ORACLE, WINDOWS NT UNIX,CGI,JAVA,PERL,HTML,E-COMMERCE. 1 year experience managing inter- or intra-net applications and/or 1 year experience developing inter- or intra-net applications. Good understanding of SQL and ad-hoc report writing tools and IT Operational processes. Excellent written ,verbal ,interpersonal ,customer service and communications skills.
