Currently we are looking for Customer Service Reps for a three month
contract assignment. The Contractor will handle a high volume of tenant
calls from a 6-state region. Contractor will be required to wear a headset
and input tenant tickets via a database. Contractor will page technicians
and advise of work order and urgency. Required skills include: typing 30
wpm, telephone etiquette, Expert customer service, email, fax, excel and
data entry.
