Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Requires US CITIZENSHIP and eligibility requirements for US DOD classified information. BSME, MS
preferred.
10 plus years experience with technical motion cueing on Flight Simulation systems including design
and structural analysis of dynamic framework. Experience with the design and manufacture of
Hydraulic and pneumatic motion systems required. Experience with the design and manufacture of
Electric Motion Systems is preferred.
Will be responsible for:
* Determining and specifying motion system performance from customer requests for proposal and
internal training task analysis.
* Developing and recommending sources for motion systems including purchase and design.
* Participate in the Design, monitor manufacture, as well as, oversee and participate in the
installation, integration and alignment of the system.
* Oversee and participate in the design of structures attached to the motion system.
* Assist other Mechanical Engineers efforts associated with the design and development of
simulators.
Salary: $100-120k
