* Support the market-driven goals of the pump repair business by ensuring delivery of product on
time at competitive costs and quality.
* Serve as a change agent to restructure the Service business by planning and implementing changes
in organization and business processes.
* Build capabilities in the organization through the hiring and development of a diverse workforce.


Requirements:

* BA/BS in Business, Engineering or Management (MBA preferred)
* Must have experience in ROTATING EQUIPMENT industry
* Must have experience in the after-market and/or service and repair sector.
* Must have management experience in a manufacturing, after-market, and/or service and repair
sector
* 30% travel required
