Business Systems Analysts candidates, (no interviewing or travel
expenses are available, no Visa sponsorship available, (TN1 OK) and no

independent contracts in the Dallas, Texas, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
or Nutley, New Jersey areas, requiring 5%-25% travel.
The selected candidate will functions as a Business Systems Analyst
for the Client Pathology System in a support capacity. Primary duties
will include serving as point of contact and fielding support calls
from business units (BU) where system is installed; analyzing support
requests to determine appropriate course of action; developing
functional specifications from Requests For Service received from the
BU; working in conjunction with the technical staff to obtain coding
resources where necessary; testing new functionality; training users
on new functionality; working with BU to implement new functionality.
Qualified Business Systems Analysts candidates will have two years
minimum experience in a health care customer support role, ideally
including experience in Anatomic Pathology and have worked with
Anterem systems and have a BS/BA In a related field. Good customer
service skills are a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledgable in the software development life cycle; project
management, process and change management.
Nice to haves: Knowledgeable of anatomic pathology processes and
procedures. Familiarity with clinical laboratory
information systems.
Exposure to billing information systems as they relate to clinical
laboratories.
Experience: Specific and amount of on the job experience: two+ years
of relevant experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Experience in any of the following: managing small/medium size
projects; system integration testing; customer
training; system implementation.
Special Requirements: Team oriented.
5%-25% travel required.
Must carry pager.

These long term contracts are preferably in the Dallas, Texas area
offering an initial six to twelve month contract with a flexible
starting rate in the $400 to $480 per day range, depending on level
and experience, including expenses (no interviewing or travel expenses
are available for this project). Your asking compensation will be
submitted after your approval. Some of these independent contracts
may offer a conversion to salaried employment at the end of the
contract.
