Latex Operations Manager
Salary: $55,000 - $85,000
Location: Garland, Texas - USA
Responsibilities:
* Manage overall production for the Garland Latex Manufacturing Operation.
* Responsible for continuous improvement of Latex production.
* Provide leadership for implementation of safety, housekeeping, and quality programs.
* Improve product consistency, on-time service to customers, cycle time reduction, raise workforce
performance and increase productivity levels.
Qualifications:
* Education Level: B.S. Chemical Engineering or related
* Years Relevant Experience: 5 years
* Previous production supervisory or relevant experience.
* Well-developed problem solving, organization and computer skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills required.
* Experience in latex resin production preferred.
