Laboratory Supervisor
Solvay Engineered Polymers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solvay America Inc., is a successful
automotive plastics manufacturer and leading supplier to the North American automotive industry. We
presently have an opportunity available for a Laboratory Supervisor in our Mansfield facility.
Successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Polymer Processing and Physical Testing
Laboratories, managing capital projects in the labs, overseeing improvement upgrades to existing
equipment, ensuring compliance with QS9000 with regard to maintenance of lab equipment and to user
training.
We require a BSME or BSChE with 2-5 years experience in managing capital projects. Basic electrical
and mechanical knowledge along with good computer, communication (verbal/oral) and leadership skills
