JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor
LOCATION: Columbia, US-SC
JOB TYPE: Direct
SALARY : $40000 - $55000

DESCRIPTION:
Growing, worldwide, diversified $30 billion company.
Manage a cross-functional team of salaried support and hourly work teams. Lead
in achieving team performance objectives in quality, productivity, delivery,
safety, conversion cost control and housekeeping by utilizing management and
problem solving skills and through the deployment of lean manufacturing
techniques. Coordinate required technical resources in support of team
performance goals obtainment. Be an active member of the actuation operations
team and support overall plant/department objectives. Take the leadership role
in developing and facilitating high commitment work teams toward increased
levels of self-direction.

MANDATORY SKILLS:
Assembly;Hi-Volume;Communications skills

MANDATORY EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science
