Description: As part of an internation support team, perform routine maintenance and support tasks for a Global Publishing Environment (CoreDossier, Documentum, DocuTech, Acrobat) according to defined procedures. Intensive last minute publishing support as required meeting critical deadlines (expected to occur throughout the year). Direct support of regulatory users, business processes and CD applications to successfully publish submissions. Resolve issues with various Operating System technologies (UNIX, Windows). Address problems with authoring environments (Word 95/97, Word 2000, Acrobat). Resolve printing issue on the DocuTech/Digipath system. Manage the entire CoreDossier environment (Validate the system, start/stop queues, add users, monitor, etc.).
Check and maintain logs and messages, archiving log files and removing messages as required. Monitor the database and correcting errors using the CD database validation routine. Monitor and maintain CD servers and generators. Monitor and maintain international CD applications, servers and generators and terminal servers supporting US submission creation. Develop and implement new support processes and improving the existing processes. Monitor and maintain global file shares, networks and operating system configurations related to publishing tasks including stand-alone machines to transfer submissions to regulatory agencies. Monitor and maintain connections to Documentum Docbases used for publishing and working with document problems that affect publishing.4yrs related work experience. Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Regulatory Publishing. Familiarity with Software Life Cycle Development Methodology and System Validation. Understanding of Operating Systems: UNIX, Windows. Technical understanding of authoring environments (Word 95/97, Word 2000, Acrobat). Technical understanding of the regulatory publishing printing needs including DocuTech and Digipath systems. In depth technical knowledge of the entire CoreDossier environment. Familiarity with processes and issues related to converting between document formats ASCII, Word, TIFF and PDF. This position will support the publishing aspects of AZs regulatory documentation system using Liquents CoreDossier product (called CD in the rest of the document) and Documentums content management system. Supports the Regulatory Affairs group in creating regulatory submissions for agencies around the world.please forward resume in ms word
