Description: Judge Scientific is currently seeking an In-house Clinical Research Scientist (CRA) for a long term contract assignment in the Collgeville, PA area.
This Senior Clinical Scientist must be an independent thinker, demonstrated initiative in all aspects of work, independently reviews data, routinely troubleshoots complex study problems & is able to effectively keep her supervisor(s) informed of issues & milestones of assigned projects.
Technical Expertise: Senior Clinical Scientist will be proficient in applicable development software. He/She will comply with company GCPs, departmental SOPs/SPIs, & clinical systems. He/She will have excellent communication skills (verbally & written) & be able to work with many ancillary support groups as well as the clinical/study team.
Problem Solving/Creativity: The Senior Clinical Scientist will prospectively & routinely anticipate problems & implement(s) measures to prevent them. He/She will meet time lines & drives the process with minimal supervision. He/She will adapt efficiently to changes in priority/tasks. He/She will be the driver/solver of assigned responsibilities/tasks.
Decision Making: The Senior Clinical Scientist will independently handle all study issues. He/She will be able to assist in the development of protocols & be able to drive/lead the study implementation process. He/She will demonstrate excellent judgment skills & will be accountable for decisions made.
Experience: BS/BA degree preferably in scientific/healthcare field & at least 3-6 years of work experience in relevant field including at least 3 years of Clinical Scientist (in-house CRA ) experience within industry. Experience in protocol development and CRF development is required.
