Description: QUALIFICATIONS:
" Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills are required.
" Application Developers must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. They must also excel at presenting technical findings directly to customers at all levels of the organization.
" At least 2 years experience in multiple Siebel full application development lifecycle implementations.
" Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills are required.
" Ability to write and perform Test Plans.
" Ability to provide cross-training and knowledge transfer to other team members, especially in regards to knowledge gained on the job.
" Must be able to write appropriate detailed documentation.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
" Siebel Certification.
" Strong working knowledge of Siebel's Financial Services/Insurance vertical as well as the Sales Incentive module.
" Expertise in relational database concepts, data modeling, and SQL.
" Expertise in designing, developing, testing, and implementing EIM data loads.
" Expertise in utilizing Business Component User Properties for advanced customizations.
" Experience in configuring Siebel EAI. Knowledge of integration with Vitria preferred.
" Experience in developing complex SmartScripts and performing advanced customizations using Siebel Visual Basic.
" Experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Siebel Workflow, Business Services, and State Models.
" Ability to create detailed system documentation. Documentation may be either driven by new requirements/problems reported or derived by analyzing current system processes.
