DESCRIPTION
This position would be responsible for the design, fabrication and characterization of state-of-the-art optical chips for next generation transmitters and receivers. You will be responsible for leading the development of semiconductor optoelectronic devices including fabrication, design, simulation, and characterization.

REQUIREMENTS
MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics with 5+ years of industry experience is required. Experience in the design, fabrication, and analysis of advanced optoelectronic devices. The ideal candidate would have experience in InP-based devices for both laser sources and detectors for optical communications, and be an aggressive, self-motivated individual. Must have a proven record of positive results, excellent communication skills, strong references, and be capable of working in a team based corporate culture in an emerging new company.
