Our Government client is seeking a Sr.Project Manager with web-based
application experience who and has
managed large complex projects .
Deliverables:
* Managing the change management and budget control, QA and communications
processes .
* Ensuring that tasks are carried out by assigned individuals or groups,
* Monitoring project progress and reporting on status as per PMO directions,
* Resolving ail issues within parameters delegated
* Escalating any issues to via the Manager, information Systems Development.
* Participating in any issue-resolution processes initiated .
*Maintaining the project record in compliance with PMO requirements.
Must have Skills:
The consultant must have at least ten (10) year experience in project
management Strategies
and or least 5 years experience as project leader or project manager in
meets
Involving in Business strategy redesign In addition, the consultants must
have experience with:
* Experience managing implementation of case-management solutions.
* Knowledge of web-based application development
* Demonstrable experience as project manager on lame complex projects.
* Explicit business analysis and development expertise.
* Demonstrated analytical problem solving and decision making capabilities.
* Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development,
implementation and maintenance of
applications.
* Experience in the use of project management software tools including MS
Project
* Experience in dealing with multiple teams representing various areas in
delivering the project.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with client organizations.
* A team player with a track record for meeting strict deadlines.
* Experience in managing projects involving participants from multiple
organizations (e.g. Ministries,
-private sector suppliers)
* Project management experience in the Ontario Public Service, either as a
vendor Representative or
under contract to a government ministry or agency.
