Job location: Toronto. Extensive travel.
Salary: 90-140k
Company is a leading supplier of TV/broadcast management systems & developer
of fully integrated software systems designed to solve the rapidly changing
management needs of broadcasters. Systems are intended for both small
stations & entire networks & station groups operating multi-channels over
multi regions and time zones. Systems use Oracle database. Software products
include Broadcast management systems, air time systems, Quota/ Content
programs. Responsible for business/Systems analysis services, pre-post-sales
technical support (presenting Software applications to various parties
within organizations). Assisting in the resolution of complex customer
issues regarding implementations. Working with marketing to develop
requirements and implement special needs for major accounts. Respond to RFP'
s and other information inquiries. Essential skills should include - 5 plus
years in Systems Analysis as a BA or PM. 8 plus yrs exp in IT related work.
Thorough knowledge of TV/ broadcasting market processes within stations and
networks, ideally software development experience of software broadcast
management systems (ERP, Logistics)
Work experience in similar software companies, such as (Encoda, Columbine,
JDS, Enterprise, VCI). Work closely with internal developers and clients to
define and implement the system.
Excellent communicator with solid presentation skills. Good writing skills,
Degree or higher qualifications.
