Requirement for Security Analyst in Greater Toronto Area , permanent
position..

The Senior Security Analyst, PKI/UNIX/NT Systems, should have a broad-based
security expertise in various PKI/UNIX/NT environments with in-depth
technical knowledge in one or more specialty areas detailed below.

Extensive knowledge of security principles/policies/standards, security
controls/mechanisms and threat/risk assessment techniques pertaining to
PKI/UNIX/NT systems.
In-depth technical knowledge and experience on various UNIX/NT platforms.
Working knowledge of tools used in supporting various UNIX/NT environments
(e.g., eTrust Access Control, Control/SA, SSMi, etc.).
Knowledge of Entrust PKI, Baltimore PKI and/or VeriSign PKI technologies,
and experience in implementing and supporting one or more of these PKI
systems and related PKI-enabled technologies a major asset.
Some knowledge in Web-based technologies (HTML, CGI programming, etc.), Unix
Shell programming techniques (Korn, C Shell, Perl, etc.), and C or C++
programming.
Some knowledge in the implementation, operations and support of X.500-based
directory technologies.
Familiar with Oracle, Informix, Sybase and/or other relational database
technologies.
Understanding of the banking/financial services industry and standards
applicable to the security of financial applications.
Sensitivity to and appreciation for the implications of emerging security
concerns.
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong leadership, project management and resource planning skills.
