Position: PROGRAM ANALYST/ QA TEST SPECIALIST
Location: Toronto

Contract: 8 Months

Rate: $100hr

MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of Government standards

Must have proven experience in planning and organizing testing efforts for
large systems in GUI and non GUI environments, including the execution of
systems integration tests and specialized tests, e.g. stress tests, etc;

Intermediate to senior knowledge of Java;

Intermediate to senior knowledge of Weblogic;

Experience in database design concepts

Intermediate to senior knowledge of Oracle;

Knowledge and understanding of testing methodologies such as unit testing

Experience in the use of automated test tools and version control systems on
one or more platforms eg.. Rational Purify, Quantify and Pure Coverage);

Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills; verbal and
written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills;

A team player with a track record for meeting strict deadlines;

Knowledge of Government standards and I&IT trends would be a definite asset.

Good knowledge and experience in software testing approaches and techniques

Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of technology and network infrastructures
