* BS in Industrial Engineering
* 2-5 years of work experience
* Production Standard development
* MTM-1 or equivalent pre-determined element system for method improvements
* Software utilization for production standards development a plus
* Experience in Japanese Manufacturing Techniques that include
* Kanban
* Takt Time / Combination Table Development
* Cellular Mfg.
* Value added / non-value added analysis
* Lead time analysis
* Plant Layout using AutoCAD
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Duties
* Ongoing method improvements
* Development of production standards
* Layout improvements
* Instruction of lean manufacturing class
