US-OH-Near Columbus - Halogen Bulb Engineers - Exp with Bulb Manufacturing, To Mid $70's, Relocation

Tier 1 Honda Supplier is seeking two experienced engineers with hands-on bulb manufacturing
experience (preferably halogen). The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of bulb-making
processes and manufacturing techniques preferably within the automotive industry. Knowledge of
halogen lamp design and manufacturing challenges is preferred. These positions require mechanical
aptitude and attitude toward manufacturing production floor operations and process improvement,
including a comfort level with PLC programming, small robot handling systems, vacuum systems, and
electro-mechanical devices. Responsible for work processes and the subsequent writing of procedures
and work orders as well as training of same to plant personnel such as assemblers, technicians and
engineers. Working knowledge of SPC, TQM and/or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt training preferred.

Degree: Electrical, chemical, manufacturing or other appropriate engineering degree w/ auto halogen
bulb manufacturing experience will be considered.
