Responsibilities: Manage and prepare traffic studies projects including travel demand modeling and
simulation modeling. Attend and lead presentations at public hearings.
Qualifications: P.E. license; 5 - 10 years experience in traffic studies, such as travel and demand
analysis, traffic impact, interchange justification studies, thoroughfare plans, safety, operational
and access management; travel demand modeling and analysis; simulation modeling and analysis;
excellent written and oral communication skills.
For candidates with more experience, we also require candidates for a TRAFFIC ENGINEERING DIVISION
MANAGER position.
Responsibilities: Lead newly created Traffic Division and project manage traffic engineering design
and studies projects. Ensure client satisfaction and project completion within project budgets and
schedules.
Qualifications: P.E. license; 10+ years experience in traffic studies, travel and demand analysis,
interchange justification studies, operational assessment of current conditions, and traffic design
including signing, payment marking, signals, and traffic maintenance; working knowledge of traffic
engineering software.
Other Location Information: Similar positions of greater responsibility located in Indianapolis,
Youngstown, and Raleigh.
