Exciting IT/Enterprise Telecomm assignment. This
position is responsible for the application
development and design/testing/implementation
documentation for all IVR call processing software
across various sites. Responsibilities will also
include system restores and the troubleshooting of
operational malfunctions and production IVR.
Conversant IVR experience is preferred, but not a
must. Experience with Oracle, Informix, Unix Shell, or
C++ would be a plus. Good documentation and
organizational skills are necessary. The ability to
effectively communicate with end users as well as all
levels of management is a must! Limited travel (5%).
