Job Title: Director of Consulting Operations
Salary: Based on experience
Location: Columbus, OH
Responsibilities:
· Successfully manage consulting operations success based upon budgetary
impact, successful deadline achievement, successful achievement of customer
satisfaction and ability to accurately report the current status of all
engagements.
· Ability to support professional services organization by providing process
improvement, understanding and articulation of all types of consulting
services (planning, testing and availability engineering).
· Ensure high client satisfaction levels, building a strong base of
referenceable accounts.
· Interact with Sales personnel to develop proposals and pricing, as well as
conduct sales support calls.
· Produce monthly project status and financial reports to senior management.
· Provide leadership to build team skills in order to provide quality and
cost effective consulting deliverables.
· Min travel requirement 45%.
Requirements:
· Degree in Business or related field or related work equivalent required.
· Min of 10 years experience and expertise in a technical, project
management and/or diversified business role.
· Min of 5 years Supervisory or Management experience.
· Strong knowledge of business continuity and availability services desired.
· Strong business, communications and information technology knowledge.
· Previous strong sales support skills, including presentations and public
speaking experience.
· Exceptional organizational and communications capabilities (i.e. must be
able to listen and understand, then communicate orally and in written
format).
· Bilingual an asset.
· Proficiency in Windows based applications, WORD, EXCEL and database
experience.
