Title: Technical Business Analyst
Job Description:
- Individual in this critical position will determine the client's
functional requirements for Tax Billing, Valuation, Assessment and
Administration applications.
- Will create functional and technical specifications for software
upgrades and enhancements.
- Must have good interpersonal, and excellent written communication and
problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial applications is a plus.
- Ideal candidates will have Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting,
Computer Science, or MIS.
- Experience with relational database software, analysis and business
processes (documentation, testing, understanding requirements and
needs, analyzing/assessing what the client's system specifications) is
a plus.
- Oracle and SQL background desired.
- Only local candidates will be considered.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 2 available positions.
Company Description: Provider of technology, software, data products,
electronic document management systems and services for local
governments and other enterprises.
Pay Rate: $40K-$65K/yr. (based on skills and experience)
