TITLE: IT Support Technical Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Looking for a Technician to provide support to company's
external customers.
- Will diagnose PCs and replace defective parts, setup
printers, configure them on a network.
- Will be responsible for installation and configuration
of hubs, modems, etc.
- Will work with Lantronix, install CAT5, modem and printer
cables.
- Will be responsible for new installations, updates, dialup
networking-RAS and VPN, network configuration, TCP/IP and
DNS in Windows 95/98/NT 4.0 environments.
- Background with UNIX (DG UNIX preferred) a plus. Will
configure printers, terminals and modems, run basic commands
(startups, shutdowns, kills, etc), basic system troubleshooting

- Looking for a Programmer, who has entry-to-mid level
skills in Oracle Reports 5.0 and Oracle Applications.
- Oracle Developer 2000 background a plus.

scripts to standardize client data, create .rdf and .sql
reports, gather and analyze client requirements).
