We are looking to fill several positions within the Production engineering
group Oversee and coordinate projects within Engineering Group, targeting
cost reduction and improved efficiency; responsible for control of
implementation schedule; including problem/countermeasure activity.
Coordinate the activity of contractors and coops in the group working within
a project as well as coordinating activities of vendors . Develop tracking
methods and visual management for individual projects; decide where and when
to report to upper management, providing the most efficient and effective
systems for budget and schedule control; utilize limited resources in an
efficient manner; help engineers conduct "root cause analysis" for defects
and problems; present production data and project activity in an efficient
and clear manner, and work daily with the section coordinator to develop
Operational Programs. : BSME or BSEE or equivalent
