We currently are looking for a Desktop Technician.
Candidates will need to be able to handle all desktop issues dispatched by the Help Desk. This person must have some level of technical certification (Microsoft, Novell, A+, etc.) and at least 2 years of technical support experience in a corporate environment. Candidates must have experience supporting all Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft office suite, MS Project and MS Visio. In addition candidates are expected to have troubleshooting skills in basic network connectivity and connectivity clients. This position will provide problem determination/resolution based upon personal experience and standard operating procedures. Individuals in this position must be able to address problems due to software/hardware failures from all FCG and client computer systems with varying levels of complexity. They must be able to establish priorities and effectively manage their time to complete their duties within specified timeframes.
