Description:
Geneva Consulting Group, Inc. is a rapidly growing IT consulting firm, providing services to Fortune 500 businesses in the New York New Jersey Tri-state area.

Geneva seeks a Junior/mid level Voice Analyst for a consulting position with a Fortune 500 company located in Melville. Applicants will be responsible for the primary support and maintenance of call center telephony platforms and applications including triage and resolution of associated Help Desk tickets pertaining to the Aspect ACD, IVR and Melita Dialer technologies.

Job Requirements:
Applicants must have hands on experience with computer and telephony related hardware and software, including working in a “help desk” or similar problem triage and resolution capacity. One year working experience with some PC based technology and voice technology experience at the user level, system level and protocol or network levels.

Applicants must have good communications skills.

No H-1 candidates or subcontracting arrangements will be considered for this position.

Applicant must be a U.S. resident or currently able to legally work in the U.S.
