Description: We are currently recruiting for a Director of Information Technology for our client.

This person will come from a programming background, preferably MS technologies, .net, SQL Server, etc.
Must understand infrastructure as well.

They will be building an internal IT staff from scratch, starting with managing a team of 4 and growing.

This person will develop strategic plans identifying IT applications to support business plans or create new options.
Direct the design, development and maintenance of systems, programs and systems software.

Qualifications:
BS in Comp Sci or related field.
8+ years professional technical experience in IT.
4+ year supervisory experience over a technical staff.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Must be able to coach and motivate a staff of technical employees.

Applicant must be a U.S. resident or currently able to legally work in the U.S.
