Description: Our Fortune 500 Client, located in NYC, is looking for a Senior Technical Lead Developer / Architect for Trading Systems. The candidate must be a strong senior technical lead/ developer that has experience building service oriented architectures (SOA). Trade Services is a trading SOA centralized on a Java/J2EE platform that supports cross-product, cross-regional, cross-entity trading and full front-to-back trade processing for better STP and a reduction in trade breaks. Trade Services must be accessible from multiple operating systems and software platforms. The candidate must have a history of building enterprise wide trading SOA requiring high-performance and low latency. The candidate will act as the Technical Lead, managing the SDLC process and development resources. The candidate is expected to code 50% of the time. The candidate should have 4+ years experience as senior developer with team leadership experience, 3+ years of financial industry experience desirable, 4+ years Java/J2EE/JMS experience and 2 years of SOA experience. He/She should also have a successful track record of delivering large scale, high-performance systems with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
