Markets Trading Support candidates for a long term independent
contract traveling between Jersey City, New Jersey and Downtown New
York City, New York (50% of time in each location). (Local candidates
preferred, no interviewing or travel expenses available and no visa

Description:
MUST HAVE HEAVY EMERGING MARKETS EXP.
The role:
* Working on the trading desk, to support the IEM and LCT traders,
ensuring that developments are consistent with IT strategy.
* To support and enhance the traders spreadsheets
* Understand Xport, integrating it into existing spreadsheets as
appropriate, and providing local support and advice for traders
* Understand Apex, help to identify how it can benefit the EMG
traders; help with testing and rollout if the project proceeds
* Longer term, to assist with the design and, potentially,
development of a Trade Capture function per the LCT Strategy
Essential attributes:
* Good Excel / VBA / MS Office skills - experience of writing robust
Excel applications
* Good communicator / strong personality
* Knowledge of Debt Markets
* Ability to learn other technologies
Other ideal attributes:
* Knowledge of Emerging Markets
* Knowledge of Bloomberg
* Knowledge of TIB

This is a long term project traveling between Downtown New York City,
New York and Jersey City, New Jersey (50% of time in each location),
offering an initial three month, long term renewable, contact with a
flexible starting rate range, depending on experience, including all
