Income Repo Lead Visual C++ Developer candidates for a long term
independent contract on a two year project in New York City, NY.

The project is a front to back process and application re engineering
effort for the fixed income repo product line. The project is a
two-year effort with covering the entire lifespan of a repo trade.
The selected Independent Consultant hands-on Fixed Income Repo Lead
Visual C++ Developer candidate will lead the development effort for
the new processing layer which will become the firm’s central
repository for all repo information. Candidate must be well spoken,
and be able to work as part of a diverse team.
Specific responsibilities will include:
· Ensuring the quality of the new platform components being
delivered.
· Tracking and working with other team leads and business
participants to resolve issues and facilitate delivery of
system components.
· Knowledge transfer of key technology skills (see the
skills section immediately following) to project staff.
Qualified Independent Consultant hands-on Fixed Income Repo Lead
Visual C++ Developer candidate must be able to work under tight
deadlines and high pressure, with the following experience:
· Minimum eight years experience in application development,
including a lead role on a team of five or more.
· Planning for integration testing and production deployment
of new system processes.
· Recent project or development lead experience in a large
client server development effort is a big plus.
· Building out a development team including technical
knowledge transfer is a plus.
Technical Skills
· VC++, com+ and Oracle development skills on Windows platform.
· Must have a good knowledge of Fixed Income and in particular
Repo products.
· Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
· Ability to mitigate technical risks and drive a development &
implementation process.

This long term independent contract in New York City, New York on a
two year project that offers a flexible starting rate in the $650 to
$750 per day range, depending on experience, for a ten hour
professional day with overtime fully paid over ten hours. Your asking
