End to End Development in an enterprise environment

Spring Experience - Must have experience with Core and MVC, but other pieces of the framework are high preferred (Batch, Integration, WebService, AOP, Security, JDBC)
Must have solid messaging experience - JMS, MQ, - VERY IMPORTANT
Deep understanding of Hibernate
