Systems Audit Manager

New York City Based to $110 + 30% bonus

We have been retained to assist our client in developing their senior management infrastructure in the financial management and audit function. The company occupies an envious position as a global enabler of trusted B2B e-commerce via the internet utilizing a sophisticated PKI encryption technology. Currently our client is searching for a Systems Audit Manager.

Systems Audit Manager:
Reporting to the Audit Director, this role will represent the primary network audit role in the organization.
Will oversee all aspects of worldwide audit activities.
Identify technology risks inherent in the organization and evaluate the effectiveness of management controls.
Develop and evaluate financial systems.
Establish a highly effective internal control environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years professional accounting experience, ideally gained in a combination of Big 5 and private roles.
- Preferably a CPA and CISA with considerable exposure to accounting systems.
- Preferred industry background gained in a rapidly evolving technology sector, a large financial institution, an insurance company, or a utility.
