Project Manager Position
AWS Scientific is seeking a project manager with experience in wind energy applications. The person
should have strong technical skills in one or more of the following areas: siting and resource
assessment, wind plant design/development, grid and customer integration issues, economic planning
and benefits assessment, data management, and modeling. Superb analytical, writing/communication and
computer skills are an asset.
AWS Scientific, based in beautiful Albany, New York, provides a broad range of renewable energy and
environmental consulting services to the energy industry. We work internationally with project
developers, electric utilities and government agencies. It is also a parent firm of TrueWind
Solutions, LLC, the world leader in advanced wind mapping and forecasting services. This position
will likely involve work in both companies.
